My son is 20 years old and a student at MSU, on the deans list, presidents club and many other achievements he has accomplished during his two years in college. I have always pushed my children to succeed, especially after the death of their father in 2006 to brain cancer.
My daughter started having health issues 3 years ago and since has been diagnosed with dysautonomia, an upside down stomach that is small and has a thin stomach lining and anorexia which is from her stomach and not being able to eat food normally.
She is on a Gtube at the present time, it first in her nose.
She is still having trouble eating without her stomach hurting and we have decided to go to The Mayo Clinic in Jacksonville, Fl for further treatment to try to find some sort of cure.
She is depressed, misses her friends, (what is left of them) and is really upset she had to quit school. I too was going back to college and had to postpone my schooling to take care of her.
It has really change a lot in our house hold.
Our finances are really bad, we struggle and have to have donations to even go back to the Mayo Clinic.
Before I go any further with my story I am eager to see if there is anyone else out there with a story such as mine, ( I am sure there is ) and if so, I could sure use someone to talk to. I too am depressed, have acquaintances but no TRUE FRIENDS, and get really lonely at times.
Our days and nights are messed up and it seems when my daughter and I need someone to talk to we only have each other.
Well this is all for today.
